Screw conveyor screw shaft stop what is the situation?

The structure of the screw conveyor is simple, but in the specific operation process, several problems are often encountered。 All have wear periods, especially for non-standard products, such as mechanical equipment。 Inevitably, unexpected problems will be encountered in use。
The screw shaft of the screw conveyor stops rotating generally caused by three reasons;
1.The material is too large, the material can not pass the intermediate suspension bearing smoothly, and the material resistance of the intermediate bearing is too large。 Cause the motor to stop running when overloaded。 At this time, the material in the screw conveyor should be cleaned。
2.The resistance of the intermediate bearing is too large, and the seal is damaged。 The material enters the bearing and causes the bearing not to rotate or the bearing to be damaged。
3.Reducer bearing burned out。
Second, the temperature of the reducer bearing rises too fast after driving, and there is abnormal noise, accompanied by the vibration of the motor and the reducer。 At this point, you should quickly stop and find the cause in the following areas:
1.The bearing temperature of the output shaft of the reducer is high。 The temperature of the input shaft is normal。 This is because the center of the screw shaft is offset or the bearing on the reducer output shaft is burned out, and the connection between the reducer output shaft and the screw shaft needs to be loosened to recalibrate the installation。
2.The bearing temperature of the output shaft of the reducer is normal, and the temperature of the input shaft is high。 This is due to the loosening of the fixed components of the motor or the burning out of the bearing at the output shaft of the reducer。The connection between the reducer input shaft and the motor should be loosened to recalibrate the installation。
3.The output temperature of the reducer and the input bearing temperature are high。 This is because the fixing bolts of the reducer are loose or the bearings at both ends of the reducer are burned out。The couplings at both ends of the reducer should be loosened and recalibrated for installation!
